Noodles & Friends has truly captured my heart and taste buds, making it my new go-to restaurant. From the moment I took a bite of their Soft Tofu dish, my palate was dazzled by an explosion of bright and vibrant flavors that perfectly complemented every single ingredient. Despite being situated a bit further away from the city, the journey to this culinary haven was undeniably worthwhile. I can't wait to embark on my next visit, eagerly anticipating the sensational experience that awaits me.

If you can get past the fish smell from the New Grand Mart fish department where this eatery is located in, this place has solid Korean food. I grew up in NJ with many options for Korean food and this restaurant is as close as I can get to that in Richmond. The prices are so reasonable as well and they don’t skimp on the ingredients. My go to is the spicy seafood noodle soup, with enough for a whole portion of leftovers. The seafood fried rice is also excellent. Comfort food at its best.

I order something every time I come to New Grand Mart, and sometimes I make the 45 minute drive without even needing to grocery shop, this food is just that great. The jjamppong is the best I've had in the Richmond area, full of seafood, not just salad shrimp or unidentifiable bits, but whole head on shrimp and mussels in the shell (along with squid and octopus and big fresh veggies). The staff is friendly and helpful and have always been nice, even if I mangle some pronunciation. When I order to go, it is always boxed securely and I don't have to worry about anything spilling on the way home. 100% recommend.

We got catering for a party of 25-30. The food was delicious, pickup was a breeze. They had it ready and sealed in serving trays. Fresh and tasty. It was a bit pricier, since you buy per item and multiply by each item price (no bulk pricing) but it was worth it, especially for being one of the only few if not only Korean catering in Richmond. Thanks again!

Great place to grab a quick bite as I stopped in and had a curried tofu and rice dish that was very tasty. The serving was so large that I had to take about half of it to-go. The restaurant is located inside the New Grand Mart with seating but no table service. I love the store, but this was my first try at the restaurant and it did not disappoint. I will be back and bring some others with me next time! Stopped back in after reading a review of the grilled mackerel dish and it was fantastic. I will definitely repeat this culinary experience in the near future!

Generous amount, reasonable prices and great Korean food in general. The food tastes authentic too. We are out of town visiting the area and we’re craving for some Korean food. It is located inside the Asian market as a food court. So it’s nothing fancy. If we were local, we would definitely be regular customers. Highly recommend
